Wondering if anyone has any info or experience on FTM top surgery with Dr James Chappell in Annapolis, MD?

Online it says he does top surgery, but there’s no info or photos about it on his website. I found one guy that went to him, but idk how long ago that was. I did message him tho to see.

Anyone who has info/went or is going to Dr Chappell would love to talk to you!

OR if you know who is doing top surgery under MD state insurance now that Bluebond-Langner moved to NYU.
